Grazing Table

What is a grazing table?

It’s an edible, table-scaped art arrangement. A grazing experience evokes conversation and celebration of guests around the arrangements of food. Delicatessen charcuterie meats, such as genoa salami and prosciutto rosettes decorate the table. Rivers of fresh fruit, such as grapes and berries, are surrounded by embankments of nuts and chocolate. Centerpieces of cheese, like the honey adorned wheels of brie or the fruit-drenched goat cheese, will have people gravitating around the table; stopping only to appreciate the art of the food-made decor. Fresh artisan breads & crackers will be cascaded throughout the table along with spreads/preserves.

Will I be able to customize?

We have a set list of items that go into each grazing table and it changes depending on the season. However, we will always try to be as accommodating as possible with additional fees. No substitutions are available. If  a guest does have a food allergy we can replace that item with more of an existing offering already on the graze.

How far in advance should I book?

Like any other catered event our grazing table booking is recommended as early as possible, especially for wedding catering. During peak seasons, availability may be limited if you do not book early. Please know a date is not booked until a deposit has been made.

Is there a service fee?

We arrive and set up on a table of your choice and you take care of the rest. Our grazing tables fall under our delivery service and carry a 35% service fee which includes small floral arrangements. This fee is the same that we charge to any other catered  event and it includes delivery and set up. You have the option for additional clean up with a 15% service charge.

What is included?

Catered events include a table with linen or craft paper, disposable plates, utensils, napkins and lemon cucumber water. Staff will arrive one to two hours prior to set up.
